C Event Bartending is a professional bartending service available for hire for all of your celebratory needs. We are based out of Fort Worth, TX, but we travel within an 85 mile radius. We have been serving the DFW area for 4 years.

 

We'll do the mixing, you do the mingling!

C Event Bartending offers bartending services for cocktail parties, grand openings, weddings, private parties, fundraisers, corporate events, home parties, baby showers, and much more!

C Event Bartending is TABC Licensed and Insured.

Packages
Basic Bar Package

$55 per hour

  •  1 bartender

  •  Cocktail supplies (napkins, straws, cups, garnishes)

  • Bar tools to mix drinks efficiently

  • 1 cooler with 50 pounds of ice.

  •  Minimum 3 hours

  • Travel fees not included.

*To add an additional bartenders with ice it will be $35/hour more per bartender

Bartender only Package

$35 per hour

  • 1 bartender

  • Bar tools to mix drinks efficiently

  • Minimum 3 hours

  • Travel fees not included.

*To add additional bartenders it will be an additional $35/hour per bartender

Customize your package

  • Mixer packages $2.50/guest

  • Premium mixer $3.50/guest

  • Margarita machine $150

  • Horse trailer bar $100/hour

  • Portable bar $125

  • Table and cloth $25 each

  • Full service beverages (varies)

  • Glassware (varies)

  • Minimum 3 hours

Extra equipment requires more setup time
